Police in Tomakomai, Hokkaido, have apprehended a 57-year-old man and his 34-year-old son-in-law on suspicion of causing a public disturbance following their physical altercation. According to the police, both individuals engaged in multiple punches to each other’s faces while situated on a sidewalk. It was later revealed that both men were under the influence of alcohol at the time of their arrest.
